Calling for ‘The New Cultural Normal’

Aim: This research aims to understand the value of individuals having several inherent cultures and explore their specific needs skills improve managing cultural challenges in work environment. The emerging conceptual framework reaching ‘The New Cultural Normal’ demonstrates opportunities for dealing with cross-cultural situations not only internationally but especially intra-national.
 Design / Research methods: Based on insights narratives bicultural employees collected through 18 interviews, vital categories emerged followed by attribution each a corporate setting considering which has most substantial influence that category. As biculturalism is an extreme form coping diversity, interviewees represent experts culturally diverse challenges.
 Conclusion Findings: concept describes process attaining status full integration among organizations. It will help level, defined as employees, colleagues, supervisors, company, enhance awareness situations.
 Originality article: study provides beneficial starting tool shaping future workplace where more inclusion contentment lead qualitative improved team outcomes thus increasing performance can even result long-term societal changes.
